Shopping Online May Be Safer Than Going to the Store

Now this is exactly why you should consider doing your Christmas Shopping online. It can get rough in the stores at this time of the year. It can even cost you your life. Christmas Shopping isn't safe any more, not even for the store workers.

There was a sad black friday shopping accident , a temporary Wal-Mart employee was trampled to death in a rush of thousands of early morning shoppers as he and other employees attempted to unlock the doors of a Long Island, New York.

and in an unrelated incident:

At a ToysR'Us in California a shootings occurred. By the time police arrived, two men were dead from gunshot wounds. The men did not appear to be store employees and that the dispute appeared unrelated to shopping.

Now that's scary. Makes you want to stay at home and shop online doesn't it?
